Consier Technologies is an independent technology consultancy, based in Canada and working with clients wherever they are. We hire leading specialists in each field, and we hire locally wherever we work.

What we do
Every role sits within one or more of our services.
- Technology strategy We develop your AI, data and technology strategy, plan how you will meet the goals and KPIs you are held to, and help you choose vendors. We work out what your technology investments return, and where spending can be reduced. The service also covers governance, compliance and security, and local hosting and emergency readiness.
- Advanced automations and AI agents We automate work, including by setting up AI agents. This is also where we build Consier AI, the AI solution we develop for your organization after a rigorous, in-person analysis of your tools, workflows and systems.
- Workforce training We educate your workforce so your employees can understand, use and manage your technology and AI tools. Where you need skills from outside, we help you hire them.
- Data analytics, reporting and dashboards We analyze your data and build the reports and dashboards your leaders and teams need to make decisions.
What we look for
The same qualities apply to every role, whichever service it sits in.
- You can turn a broad question about technology into something that can be measured.
- You are prepared to recommend less technology, or none, when the evidence points that way.
- You write clearly enough that the executive accountable can check your reasoning without a walkthrough.
- You document what you build so that the client’s own team can operate it.
- You remain objective when the evidence does not support the answer a client hoped for.
