About us

How we work with clients and with each other.

Consier Technologies exists so that the people who live with a technology decision can make it on evidence, and our standards follow from that purpose.

Our standards

Everyone who works on an engagement is expected to meet each of them, including when the evidence is inconvenient.

Show what each conclusion rests on

Every recommendation states the evidence behind it, and separates what we measured from what we estimated or assumed.

Recommend less when the evidence says so

A smaller rollout, a different product or an option with no AI at all is a legitimate finding, and we state it plainly.

Leave the decision with the client

We set out the options and their consequences, and the organization that will operate the result makes the decision.

Write for the reader who was absent

We write findings so that an executive who took no part in the work can follow the reasoning and check each figure.

Build what the client can run

We document what we put in place as we build it, so that the client’s own staff can run it.

Recommend what fits the client

We choose products and platforms from any vendor and any country on what fits the client best, and we set out why.

Working alongside client teams

We work in person at the client’s office, wherever it is, alongside the people who will live with the result.

  • Before we design anything, we study the organization, its workflows and its KPIs in depth, on site.
  • We staff each engagement with specialists in the fields its question requires.
  • Through our Workforce training service, we educate the client’s employees to understand, use and manage their technology and AI tools.

Working wherever our clients are

We work with clients wherever they are. On each engagement we align our work with the laws, regulations and standards that apply where the client operates.

Request a briefing.

A briefing is a confidential conversation with the executive accountable for a technology decision. We set out how we would approach the question and what evidence it would require. Scope and fees are agreed in writing before any work begins.
